superb service and immaculate hotel
wonderful staff swift service immaculate hotel
the hotel was large. it didn't feel ridiculously big and no area felt too busy or overcrowded! the staff were really wonderful and friendly, and there were plenty of staff from cleaning, bar and maintenance. this meant service was swift and the hotel was kept immaculately! superb.
i didn't like the advertised hotel credit of usd 910. on arrival it turned out that this sum was a total amount of discounts you could claim. in reality you could only use 5-10% of this amount as a discount, not the full amount. i was very disappointed and felt this was false advertising.

The resort is located by the sea. The beach is great. also there are lovely pools and a private beach. good drinks service is provided at the beach too.

staff ensured everyone had drinks. the gent played piano each night in the bar and it was a nice touch. hygiene standards at the buffet were very good, we appreciated being allowed to use facilities and wristband while waiting for check in.

Acceptable Stay, but Disappointing Aspects
The beach was amazing and well kept.
The food quality was subpar after the first day I had long waits for options that were not very good I also thought the pool closing at 6 PM was too early.

the staff ensured everyone had drinks, making the most of all inclusive.
I found that the restaurants offered small portions and limited choices. I also expected a credit, but it turned out to be coupons with small discounts. was disappointing.
